After examining the work of Vermont artist, Sabra Field, EMS student artists inked up and textured assorted papers with water soluble printing ink. These papers were then cut up and used for layered collages showing a variety of landscape settings. Background, middle ground and foreground were featured in these collages. These collages were then layered with damp paper and run through the printing press to create these prints. It was our first time using the press that was so graciously donated to the EMS art room.
